Sister Company Acquire Residential Development in Duckmanton

We are proud to announce that our sister company Ockbrook Construction have acquired 2 acres of residential development land at Duckmanton, Chesterfield.

The site has planning consent for 5 detached dwellings offering a mixture of three and four bed properties.  Work on the site is scheduled to commence in Spring 2021 with the first phase of properties now available to purchase off plan.
