The tenants have taken a new 5-year lease which takes their stay at this address beyond a decade. The property comprises a c.3,500sq.ft two storey office building benefitting from a mixture of Grade A offices and ground floor laboratory space.

At present we currently have one property available on Pride Park which is the former Babington College offices which are available on a leasehold basis.
